Google Trends: seasonality, direction, compare

The interest curve covers five years on Google’s relative 0 to 100 scale. That scale is a shape, not a count: it says when demand rises and falls, never how many searches happened.

Two sentences are derived when the history supports them: the direction verdict (the last twelve months against the year before) and the seasonal line (which months peak, averaged across years, and the month your content should be live by, two months ahead of the peak). When the data cannot support a claim, the sentence is simply absent.

Compare adds up to four more phrasings drawn from one Google reading, so every line shares one normalization and their heights are genuinely comparable. That is the tool for picking the winning wording. Rising searches, rising topics, and where interest concentrates appear on single-phrase lookups.
