Billing, cancelling, and multiple sites

Plans are annual and per site: each domain is its own subscription, managed from Billing inside the dashboard. The billing portal handles card changes, invoices and cancellation without a ticket. The automation add-on bills monthly on its own and cancels independently.

Cancelling stops the paid measurement schedule at the period end. Your DNS record is yours and keeps working: the standard does not need us. Your verified tenure and history stay attached to the record.

Anything unclear, or a charge that looks wrong: write via the contact page and a person answers, usually within a business day.
