The Creator Board
Getting paid, safely, without escrow
This board never holds money: no escrow, no commission, and the deal completes between you and the brand. What protects creators instead is sequence and reputation, and both are built in.
Terms come first. Every job states its payment terms on the card before anyone applies: 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery is the default, and 100% upfront or 100% on delivery are the alternatives. Usage rights are stated the same way. If a job's terms do not work for you, do not apply; there is no fine print to discover later.
Then the handshake. On every accepted job, you mark delivered, the brand marks payment sent, and you confirm it actually arrived. Only YOUR confirmation counts toward the brand's public pay record: the brand does not get to grade its own homework. Practical safety that goes with it: deliver watermarked previews until the final payment clears, then hand over the finals.
The pay record is public on every job a brand posts: "4 jobs, 4 paid as agreed" is worth applying to; a reported issue is visible to every creator who looks. If a brand does not pay as agreed, report it from your jobs panel; a person reads every report, and confirmed non-payment removes the brand from the board. Brands here are paying subscribers with billing identities, which is exactly why that removal has teeth.
