For brands: posting jobs and hiring

Posting jobs is part of the paid plans. A job states its pay on the card before anyone applies, and floors are enforced: videos start at $50, images at $10, lives at $25. A board that allows five-dollar videos is a board creators leave, so ours does not allow them.

Creators apply with a pitch and, where you allow it, a counter-offer. Shortlist, accept or decline from the dashboard. Accepting reveals contact both ways; shipping, delivery and payment then happen between you, off the platform, on your terms.

A job you take no action on for 14 days closes automatically and says so, which protects applicants from limbo. After a job completes, leave a review: reviews only exist through accepted applications, which is what makes them worth reading.
